Premier Geotech and Testing expands its geotechnical division in Baton Rouge, LA with the addition of Brenda Novoa, P.E., MSCE as the firm’s newest Geotechnical Engineer. Ms. Novoa will be focused on project management and developing creative solutions to geotechnical challenges.
Ms. Novoa has been in the industry for more than 17 years. Her experience includes geotechnical engineering for state, commercial, industrial and institutional projects involving deep and shallow foundations, bridge foundations, rigid and flexible pavement design, subgrade improvements, slope stability and marsh creation/restoration, among others.
