The Waters at Manhattan is a state-of-the-art multi-family residential complex in the New Orleans area. Tucked away behind an existing multi-family development off Manhattan Boulevard, this new development consists of fourteen new multi-story buildings with approximately 336 residential units and amenities. The amenities include a pool and outdoor living area for residents located near the front entrance by the clubhouse. The central area of the residential development includes a dog park for residents to walk their furry companions with a water-front view of the lake within the development.
Premier Geotech and Testing Services included: Geotechnical exploration, drilling, full-scale laboratory testing and analysis, and engineering to provide foundation recommendations for new residences. Premier also provided construction materials testing services which include pile installation monitoring, compaction testing, pile load testing and concrete testing.
