Ms. Smith has been in the industry since 2001 and previously worked in client development for Terracon Consultants, Inc. for 11 years. She has a depth of knowledge regarding procurement and development of geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing opportunities and a knack for seeking out mutually-beneficial teaming partnerships.
